The organiser of the conference is Senator Meetings & Incentives, s.r.o., Company ID No.: 27153223, with registered office at Korunní 810/104, 101 00 Prague 10 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Organiser” or also the “Controller”).
The client is a natural person or corporate entity who/which registers for the conference on the http://icsv27.eventplace.cz/en/event/icsv27 website (hereinafter referred to only as the “Client”).
These Business Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to only as “BTC”) regulate the standing, rights and obligations of the Organiser and the Client.
The Client registers by filling in the registration form after selecting the appropriate category on the http://icsv27.eventplace.cz/en/event/icsv27 website. Fields marked * are compulsory. Registrations will be processed in order according to the date of their delivery to the Organiser.
After delivery of registration, the Client will receive confirmation of registration by e-mail and payment details. At this moment, the registration becomes BINDING for the Client and a legal relationship is thus established between the Organiser and the Client.
The registration fee must be paid within 14 days of the date of receipt of confirmation of registration. After receipt of payment in the account, a regular tax document will be sent to the Client’s e-mail address.
Delegates who cancel on or before March 31, 2021 will be refunded 75% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be made after the conference.
Delegates who cancel between April 1 and May 15 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees.
There will be no refund for any cancellation after May 15, 2021.
In case the Convention organization must cancel a visit, all monies will be refunded after the conference.
ICSV27 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a participant is unable to attend the Congress, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge.
Please advise the Congress Secretariat on full details of a substitute delegate in writing.
By filling in and sending the registration form, the Client expresses his/its consent to provision of data for processing by the Organiser.
While processing personal data, the Organiser will proceed in compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
The Organiser collects the personal data of users with their consent in the following scope: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, contact address, details about the Client – a corporate entity (name and Company ID No.) if the party paying the participation fee is a corporate entity. The Organiser does not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Section 4 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll.
The Organiser only collects and processes personal data with the consent of the Client. Filling in and sending this data by the Client via the registration form is regarded as consent to provision of data for the purpose of processing as specified in these BTC. Consent is also required to these BTC by checking off the respective box in the registration form.
The Organiser does not pass on personal data to any third parties. An exception to this is constituted by cases when the Organiser is obliged to provide this data by law.
Provision of data for the purpose of processing as specified in these BTC is compulsory. Without provision of such data by the Client, the Organiser cannot provide the requested service.
The Client has the option, at any time, to ask the Organiser for information relating to processing of his/its personal data.
The Client is, at any time, entitled to request correction of his/its personal data collected by the Controller and may, at any time, withdraw his/its consent to processing of his/its personal data and to request its deletion from the Controller’s database. The Client can exercise these rights by contacting the Controller via the e-mail address support@icsv27.org
The Client takes due note of the fact that withdrawal of his/its consent shall lead to termination of services provided by the Organiser which require consent to provision of personal data.
